Yep, I listen to not much else.

Favourite sub-genre at the moment is technical/brutal death eg: Decapitated/Krisiun. Though I like other death, thrash, power etc.

    Not hardcore/metalcore though.

Was hugely into metal a few years ago to the point where I wouldn't listen to anything else. I still like it but never seem to be in the mood for the more extreme stuff

Huge Queen of the Stone Age fan ever since I saw them live at the Ozz Fest.

Also love Korn, Metallica, System of a Down, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath: Earlier stuff mainly, Faith No More, WASP, Motorhead of course, Megadeth.

Not a big fan of death or speed metal although a nod to Slayer, and Bomb Disneyland/everyone

I suppose on the lighter side; Aerosmith, Chile Peppers,Tin Lizzy, Led Zeppelin,Lynrd Skynrd, Queen, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine(light?), quite like Inme.

    Too many to name.

Studies suggest that enjoyment is a factor.

Why are you digging up 5 year old threads?

I listen to metal, not quite as much as a few years ago, but still quite a lot, especially if you class grindcore as metal. last fm is in my sig if you want to see who i listen to.
