Failed first year - HELP!

I have recently found out that ive failed my first year. How do i go about letting student finance know i need to repeat the year. Is it a long process?

It should be a straight forward case of updating your application for next year to show you in year 1 again.

If you can't' see how to update this on your online account then speak to your university or call SFE to get the forms to notify them of the change.
