I only properly understood sex and the fact that it was for also pleasure in year 10 when I accidentally found a site whilst revising for my GCSE science core exams :redface:

It will come naturally in the moment. It's a basic biological drive that is no different to eating a delicious Big Mac when you're hungry.You wouldn't ask how to eat a Big Mac.

The problem comes when people overthink it and can't get in the present moment, which leads to common issues in today's society like erectile dysfunction. People tend to think too much.
