It depends on your ability in both, but id say physics is more difficult due to its concepts and also the questions you get in exams

How do you feel about maths? At A Level, there is significantly more mathematical material in physics than economics. Economics is more essay-based than physics.
I would also say that economics is generally easier to understand than physics (according to my friends who do both).
