It's really embarrassing, and I can feel everyone looking at me.

I'm fine most of the time, but with this hot weather I end up sweating quite a lot. The sweat mostly comes from my head and the back of my neck.

Is this down to not drinking enough water?

I've been wearing t-shirts and shorts since the beginning of summer.

    I don't get it

You're burning more energy than people normally do, I assume you run every day? Or carry things every day?

I do skate quite a lot, and I walk considerably quicker than the average joe.

some people just sweat more than others, I sweat a lot too, you can try and walk slower or arrive to places a bit early so you can stop sweating before you meet people
