Tuition Fee Loan Help

Hi,I have Chinese passport, but I have been living in Italy for about 20 years. I hold the permanent residence card, so I am allowed to reside indefinitely in Italy.
I would like to know if I can apply for a Tuition Fee Loan as an EU student.

Hi,

As you have not always been an EU national you would not be eligible for the tuition fee loan.
