i've finally got round to changing the address on my provisional licence which i have to do by post since the online system does not recognise my address.

I've googled and looked in the handbook but can't find the correct information.

Do i send the form and my old licence in the same envelope/together or are they sent to different places?

Shall i cut my old licence in half when i send it or just leave it as it is?

Also i keep reading about a counterpart. I only use my licence as ID, i got it when i was 18 in 2013, would i have been sent a counterpart also as i would have lost this if i had :/
Any help would be great aha

Just pop them both in the same letter and send as is. They will take the old one and five you the new one
