New job, no time for socialising or meeting girls
I work at a big UK company and the hours are from 9-6 which is a little longer than normal.
By the time I get home, it's already 8pm because of the rush hour and traffic (train + bus) so literally, I have no time to socailise on weekdays. My friends are all spread out around London, some quite far away so it's a bit of an ask to meet at weekends.
I am starting to be a bit of a loner because of my busy day, after work everyone just has their own agenda or is tired so they go home and I go home by myself.
It's also starting to make me think that I'll never get a girlfriend, a lot of the women in workplace are either taken or much older. I am not the Tinder or any dating app kind of person so I have no idea what to do.
Please give me some advice on what to do

There isnt anything you can do to meet women beyond what you have said. I dont recommend quitting your job to do so because then you will be even worse off. I suggest doing activities at the weekend that you will enjoy by yourself.
Why not organize something with some workmates at a popular hotspot one night after work or on a weekend if they would be up for it, in a popular bar/pub etc in your workplace area? That way you could socialize with new people and possibly meet a new girl?
