i want a proper traditional reception and a simple wedding in church.still waiting to find my bae lol

I m pretty much having my dream wedding, we're just having something simple with family and friends at a nice venue and nice food, with a good value simple dress (hopefully).

To have my papa and mum give me away, for there to be a cat theme to the wedding, my partner wearing a purple kilt and me wearing a purple dress, to have the wedding at Gretna Green and have some non fancy pub grub food pretty much got all that sorted out for my wedding now anyhoo

well I'm doing the works when it comes to it
    £8,000 on the rings
    £2,000 on champagne
plus rented cars, an open bar and a decent location for everything
    I'd spend about £30-40k total

I also like the Nigerian way of life. In fact, all of my Nigerian prince cousins have promised to come to my wedding if I pay for them to get out of jail. (Apparently they're in jail for fraud so I must help them). :call2:

To finally meet them at my wedding would be my dream come true. :moon:

Mine is in Saudi Arabia. I don't even want a wedding tbh. I just want to go to Mekkah with my husband and perform pilgrimage and pray to Allah to make our lives amazing.

That sounds like a lovely idea! I, for some reason, want to get married in the winter months (I think the hope for snow is getting to my head a bit!) But a traditional church service and then a reception in a beautiful manor or something...
I seem to have rather expensive tastes!
