Hey guys , as you all may know applying to American universities for the year 2017 should begin in September ,and I want to study in the US (I'm an american citizen but currently studying Jordan ) however I don't know what major I should/can study . I finished my Olevels last year and got 2 A*(Biology and Classical Arabic), 5 A (Chemistry,Physics,Maths,ICT,Eng lish as a second language) and 2 B (French and Human Biology) . In my first A-level year (AS) I took three subjects; maths, biology, and chemistry (the results didn't come out yet . For the next year (A2) I was thinking of taking only Maths ,so I was wondering what majors can I study if I only took one full Alevel . Thank you

You don't pick your major before applying. Most people pick their major in the second or third year of college in the States. There are no subject requirements either, not having studied French at A level wouldn't prevent you from majoring in French (although it would of course help).
