Following a 12k run yesterday, I began experiencing moderate pain (4/10) on the back of my knee.

The pain has reduced quite a bit since yesterday so I am able walk without too much suffering

How long should I wait before I can exercise again? Am I able to go for a light walk without damaging my ligaments further?

Where on your knee and any swelling, redness, stiffness etc
