Great stats, I love reading this kind of stuff to get some perspective.....but where in the public domain do you pick this up? UCAS's website contains reports on 2016 applications which seem very general to me. I'd love to know the detail on things like how many applicants there were for my sons chosen course versus 2016 places available across the UK or against 2015 applications etc etc. Too specific or even too sensitive perhaps for them to release?
For example example you can see Offer rates, etc per course at http://university.which.co.uk. But not per year, because it doesn't much matter really.

From GCSE to A level, it's all changing
