Should I wear glasses at a job interview?

I sometimes ear glasses and sometimes don't, depends what I'm doing, but I'm just wondering, would it look more professional to wear glasses at a job interview or not?

I doubt they'll notice or care. They might notice the glasses if they're dirty, but other than that, it probably won't make a difference. Wear them if you're comfortable in them - if you're constantly adjusting them, you'll appear nervous which could affect the interview.
