My younger sister has been watching the recent olympics and has her heart set on starting swimming, is it too late for her to begin and possibly persue a career?

If she works hard and is completely dedicated then I don't see why she wouldn't have a good chance.

With records being broken by 15-year-olds in swimming it'll be tough for her to become competitive if she only started at age 14. But she can learn it as a skill.
