Do keliods or bumps show up the next day after trauma or hitting your nose piercing?

Don't have a nose piercing. But I can imagine how unpleasant what you describe is,...and that's just from how it sounds

They can do, sometimes they might, sometimes they might not. Bumps tend to form a lot easier than keloids.

I've never knocked my ring and had a bump form, I have however had my ring twist and had one form. I've also had one form for no reason after the first, but it may have been down to me not carrying out salt washes for long enough.

The easiest way to get rid of them is hot (and by hot I usually use boiling water) sea salt soaks with a hot compress to draw anything in it out. Bumps can usually have quite a lot of pus but don't squeeze them or pop them, the hot compress will draw it to the surface and with continued cleaning it'll sort itself out.

Had my nose pierced with a ring for 6 weeks now...lots of people recommend to have it done with a stud rather than a ring, however I find rings to be much better when dealing with bumps
