Hey everyone does anyone know if you can specialise as a nurse in toxicology?
I'm really enjoying nursing but I wish it had more science related things. I'm only a first year but I'm guessing there will be more opportunities to do more medical and scientific things in the future?
    thank you- Chloe, L

There are poisons units around the country, they're few and far between though, Birmingham, Cardiff, Newcastle and Edinburgh.

As you've said though, you're a first year, you've had limited exposure to what there is to do. There's all sorts of environments to experience that may interest you.
