It's technically possible to have an artificial penis constructed containing some of the nervous tissue from your existing genitalia. It wouldn't look or function exactly like the real thing though. For one thing a natural erection isn't achievable so an implant, normally inflated by a pump is used.

The procedure is called a phalloplasty, physical recovery is about 9 months and emotional recovery can be a few years from what I've heard. Recently there was one of the first successful penis transplants on a soldier who'd been injured in an explosion, so maybe that technology will be more widely accessible in a few years.
