Best College In Cambridge(for me)?

I know very over asked question but which one would be the best for me. Am applying for Economics, want something central ie where everything is happening, nothing too impossible to get into like trinity; Am looking more for a good fun social lifestyle rather than a really academic and pretentious one . Also love a bit of footy.Any help would be great thanks!

They'll all deliver all of that, and a great deal more. The Colleges are far more alike than they are different. It's only architecture that's unique, even the locations are all within walking distance.

They aren't talking about how choice of college affects your chances of getting into Cambridge, only how choice of college affects your chances of getting into your first choice college - i.e. not being pooled.

Just apply to a college you like.

I heard King's tends to have a good reputation with being known as a social college.

All colleges have good social life. Not much difference between colleges at all.
What King's is allegedly famous for is being a 'socialist's' college.

Oi, King's is famous for being the best college at Cambridge.

(ha! This is so satisfying now that I've actually got in. )

[On a serious note though, for the others: yeah, what vincrows said.]

True but King's is allegedly known to be a more relaxed college compared to some other colleges which may or may not translate to being a more "social" college. They do have the 'King's Affair' instead of a traditional May Ball after all

Ah my apoglogies then. In that case, it'll be nice to know which one between St John's and King's has subjectively the best parties. I've narrowed it to between those 2 and this might just tip it in favour of one of those.
