Do I need to remember the full names of all the sociologists?

Hi! So I'm following the Cambridge syllabus, and i'm not sure if I need to remember the full names of the sociologists, or just the surnames...
So, for example, should I write Parsons or Talcott Parsons?

Last names are sufficient. If you're unsure, just memorise the first letter of their first name. But usually last name is fine.
