Finding someone to replace student accommodation contract
So me and my boyfriend rushed student accommodation at the hive, Bethnal green and signed the contract, paid £300 deposit and a £700 summer instalment. But we decided last minute to live at home and save the money for next year. Although because of the cancellation contract, we have to find someone else/couple to take our place instead.
Need help trying to figure out if it's easily possible in time, or where to post ads, anyone experience something similar?
