    Hi guys,
I want to go into investment banking after graduation. Is it true that the banks will like u more if u did a more practical degree such as Economics and Finance than just Economics which is more about theories? If so, what's the a good one to pick? (maybe along side with economics)
Will degrees such as 'Banking and international finance' offered by Cass business school be too narrow in the long run compare to those mentioned above?
Also, is it better to do a sandwich course and go straight into industry or finish the 3 year undergraduate course and do a master degree straight after? It doesn't feel very doable spending a year doing master after having done one year of work placement.
    Thanks a lot
