Tilney Best Invest Phone Interview

Hi,

So I've got a phone interview for a Customer Service Advisor Outbound role with the Tilney Resource Bank and I've been told:

The interview will take 25-35 minutes and will include:

Brief account of work experience

Current / most recent role responsibilities

Competency based questions asking you to demonstrate specific skills

Motivation for application

I had a similar interview for Barclays the other week but I failed because I didn't give an example of going "above and beyond customer service"

Does anyone have an idea of what questions exactly I'll be asked?

Here's a couple of questions that might come up:

Tell us about a time when you gave great customer service.

How would you deal with an unhappy customer?

Cheers, I got asked what I know about the company, how my previous experience relates - job by job, why I want to work for them, to provide an example of dealing with difficult customers etc...I think it went well and I'll hear back by week of 29th.
