Wanting to withdraw from uni

Hello, I am currently holding a conditional offer for a course that I know longer want to study. Results day is on Thursday and I will then find out if my place has been confirmed. As I have previously stated I know longer want to study the course I originally applied for. I'm planning on having a gap year where I will be working in a business gaining work experience for the course I now want to study- to apply for the 2017 entry. However if I do get accepted into the uni for the course I no longer want to do on Thursday what do I do? Who do I contact to withdraw my application? I've checked many posts online but none seem to be clear enough when coming up with an answer to this frequent problem. Can anyone help me? :smile:
