This is the thread for all you people fretting about Track, which will not update before Thursday morning. All those rumours you hear about Track being open from midnight are false - it won't happen

    Please also remember that
    • Using 'auto-refresh' tools may seem like a good idea, but all it does is mess up the system for everybody else without getting you any closer to your goal.
    • If Track hasn't updated for you when you finally do get in, it is unlikely to until later in the morning, as unis start sending through further decisions, so there is no point in constantly refreshing the page. Just log out and go and do something else until you can get hold of your results and see what's what.
In past years people have usually been able to get on to Track from about 7.30 am UK time, but certainly not before. Yes, there was a year when a few people got in around midnight, but that was a one-off and won't happen again. The best bet is to go to bed and try and get some sleep, as if your worst fears are realised you will need all your wits about you in the morning.

If you're killing time it is well worth reading the following so you're prepared for all of the possible outcomes:
Guide to A Level Results Day
What UCAS Track is telling you
    Introduction to Clearing

We do understand how stressful this all is, so chat away in here if it makes you feel better

If you are reading this after Track has reopened and don't understand what you are seeing, take a look at UCAS Track on Results Day

Hey a vigil thread with no vigilers........here goes. A happy sleepless night to everyone.

Will check at midnight......just to be sure...then after 5 am on the hour.........

    Best of luck everyone.

This thread is as bare as the outback.

    Tracks up!

Yaaaaaahhhhhh......tracks up and on cue email from Uni of Southampton. Got in my firm. EEE.

Good luck to everyone receiving results today, hopefully you all end up at the Universities of your choice.

If things haven't gone your way or you have done better than expected and you want to speak to a member of our clearing team for some advice then give us a call on 03330 432 414 or chat to us online using our live chat system.
