Do you have to do an AS on a subject to do an A LEvel? (New system)
The title says it all really. 
No, the A level grade will be determined by the exams taken after 2 years of study. However the exams will cover bot the firs year of content ( used to be AS ) and second year ( used to be A2 ). I hope that makes sense
