Hi, I just want to reapply for student finance as I am going to do my BA top up degree from this September. I have lived in the UK since 2005 with a year break 2014-15 due to my compulsory placement. I am not sure about one of the first question asking if I am UK National. I am from Czech Republic but remember being once told that after so many years living here I am considered as UK citizen so I am wondering what to answer, yes or no? I just do not remember what I put last time.Thanks Hana Rubesova
