NUA or NTU

So both my firm and insurance choices have accepted me, but i don't know which on to choose.

NUA - which is in Norwich, specialises in the arts, and is a fairly small uni. i was able to look around the uni and i fell in love with it. but Norwich seems kinda 'dead' compared to somewhere like London which is where i'll be coming from. Plus I've secured accommodation.

NTU - much bigger uni which is a turn off for me. i never had a chance to go there because there was no interview for the course. but what attracts me to NTU is that its in a city and coming from London i think i'd feel a lot more comfortable.

Can people give me their opinions on Norwich and Nottingham as student cities. btw i'm studying fashion communication and promotion.
