Haven't received my BTEC grades yet.

I still haven't received my BTEC grades nor has my track been updated. I'm so afraid it'll be late and I'll lose my place at uni. My offer is conditional that I obtain DDM and I know I most definitely have gotten higher than that but I still don't know what my actual results are and when I'll get them. I can't even update the university myself because I have no evidence or anything. Advice please.

With BTEC, don't you know your grade as you go along the course.
Can you not phone your college or email them, or go there directly?
