I'm hoping someone may be able to help or point me in the right direction.

I'm currently a distance learning student studying at an English university whilst residing in Scotland. I am just about to start my third year and self funded my first two. I am looking to try and obtain support for my tuition fees this year but SAAS say they won't support me because I am studying at an English university regardless of where I stay. I then spoke with Student Finance England who advised that they won't support me as stay in Scotland regardless of where I am studying.

Any help with this would be appreciated
