Just wondering would i have a chance of recieving an unconditional offer for chem eng ?

    gcse - 6a*2a2b

    maths - A
    chem - B
    bio- B
    physics - B

Predicted A2 grades ( as ive been told so far)

    Maths A/A*
    Chem A
    Physics/bio A

very good( imo) and unique persoanl statement aswell

also would taking 4 subjects instead of 3 increase my chance of recieving an unconditional offer??

    Thank you very much
Bit of a late reply, and while your AS results are impressive, I highly doubt you will get an unconditional purely because Nottingham very rarely hands them out from what I heard. They definitely focus more on AS results more than anything else, and I only got a conditional with AAAB, dropping the subject I got the B in.

However, come A2 results day, I didn't quite get the grades for my conditional offer and still got a place without even having to ring, so don't worry too much about what you get offered by the uni, so long as you're confident you can do well.

the Engineering department at Nottingham do make unconditional offers - they mention it at their open day, for Mech Eng at least. You will need to check with them directly re: Chem Eng.
My son applied and was made an unconditional offer for Mech Eng for 2016.
Hope this is helpful to you.
