Uncharacteristic AS mark

For Drama and theatre studies AS I generally get about 26ish/ 50 per essay, and this is just about a B. In my results I got 10/50 so a U, this was so unexpected as I did so many past papers, and preparation type stuff, and I felt my response was one of the best ones I've ever done. On the other part of the theory paper I got 25/ 50, and I thought it went really badly so am quite pleased with that one. I'm getting it remarked, and I just was wondering what could be the cause of this, it pulls my grade down to a D (...very disappointed). I'm dyslexic, and my writting can be rather difficult to read at times, so that could be the cause.
But does anyone have a similar problem/ know what could be the cause? (Am very disappointed with it).

the thing is during the year the mocks i sat were 2 ums off full ums, so i should have gotten an a easily.
my handwriting is also awful so im wondering if this is an issue
