How easy is it to switch courses from pharmacy (4yrs MPharm) to say biochemistry in the UCL Faculty of life sciences say in the 1st yr or at the end of the 1st yr? .

I can't tell how common the modules are between the courses and therefore if I'd have done the right work to be able to transfer.

Bio chemistry is a broader degree than pharmacy - which makes me think that the modules won't be common enough?

    Any inside knowledge welcome please.

The best people to advise are UCL. It will also depend on availability of space. Pharmacy is more vocational whereas biochem is academic so you may struggle but then again first year modules may be similar so your best bet is to ask.
