Pre-University Checklist

Is there a checklist for all the things you need to do before uni?

For example, get accommodation, finance, grants, email, bedding, goods, register w a GP etc?

Like as a list so I can see what I have missed
Not that I've seen. When I went to uni, they did have a uni GP and we signed up with them. You had to fill in a form when you registered and you had a basic health done.

Hello :smile:

There isn't like an 'official' list that you could look at - depending on the university, they'll sometimes they'll release you a checklist on what you need to bring and do - they sent us ours on a tea towel.

If you Google 'University Checklist' there are loads that people have put together that will help you prepared for university.

Personally I'd say;
- Student Finance
- Accommodation
- Bedroom Stuff (Decorations, bedding etc)
- Bathroom Stuff (Cleaning stuff etc)
- Kitchen Stuff (Pots, pans, plates etc)
- Course Stuff (Text books etc)
- Register with a GP/Dentist
- Plan Moving In Day
- Plan Out Finances

If you want to know more, there is plenty on Google.
Best of luck :smile:
