H&M/fashion retail group and job interview - any advice???

Hey guys had a call from H&M and they invited me to a "recruitment day" next week... I'm assuming this is going to be a day of several group exercises, and if successful you'll then be asked to go to a 1-1 interview.

I've worked in bars and pubs before but never a fashion retail store - would love to work here however no idea what these recruitment days are like! If anyone has any experience with H&M interview process or a similar interview process for another fashion store I'd really appreciate it!

I'm going to do research on the company, but what do they want to see more than anything?
