Bsc in Software Engineering/Development or BEng in Software Engineering

Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016

Aight guys this issue has been troubling me for a long time now. I'm an international student so I do not know much about the UK system. I have applied to a few universities in Australia and they consider Software Engineering as a Engineering field and you get a Engineering degree which defo has much more value than a BSC degree. However all the UK Universities treat this major as a science subject and you cannot find a college which awards an engineering degree for this course. So I'm in a dilemma, is there any actual difference between these two degrees. Do the employers care about it? Which is more acknowledged internationally?

Any help or responses are appreciated.
