Want a Remark but examination officer unavailable????

Hi, I have decided that i want one of my Biology Papers remarked which I thought I did extremely well in but haven't and refuse to believe it was due to my lack of revision as I worked really hard. I am also a gap year student. Today, the day after receiving my results i have decided I want a paper remarked and called the college. They said the examinations officer was unavailable and will be in on next Tuesday. The problem is that I am in clearing and I cannot wait that long for a place at the Uni I am hoping to go to. I called OCR and they said that it has to come directly from the centre... What do I do now?
