I want to study modern languages; French and Spanish.

    A - English
    A - maths
    A* - French
    A - Spanish
    A - core science
    A - additional science
    A - further additional science
    A* - geography
    A - art
    A* - RS

    AS levels
    B - French
    B - Spanish
    B - geography
    B - art

    EPQ - B

Would this make a strong enough application to Durham if I could get predicted 3 A's?

It's not a particularly strong application if your course requires 3 As and you're applying with the view to boosting all 3 of your subjects up a whole grade, but you may still get an offer anyway. It seems to be more common now that unis will give students offers even with 1 or 2 grades below the formal requirement. It would be wise to choose some unis with lower requirements that are safer choices just in case though, like having Durham as your 'really nice to have but not particularly realistic' choice and then a few more AAB/ABB ones, and a BBB or something for safety
