I ended up getting AAB in geography, biology and chemistry respectively. I was 2 UMS away from an A* in geography and 5 UMS from an A in chemistry. I missed my A*AA offer at Imperial and my AAA offer at UCL, both for biochemistry.
UCL offered me a place on their pharmacy course but I wasn't interested in this or any of the clearing options.
So I've decided to get my geography remarked hopefully to get an A*. I'm going to take a gap year and resist both A2 chemistry exams to move up to an A overall. If my geography doesn't go up with the remark, I may also resist one geography exam to get the A*. So hopefully I should get A*AA/AAA next year..
I'm going to be applying to Imperial, UCL, Kings, Birmingham for Biology (not biochemistry), is there still a chance that UCL and Imperial will give me offers?
I got AAAA in my AS levels and 9 A* and 1 A at GCSE. (I retook one AS chemistry module this May that I got a B in and achieved a high A)
