I live in Cardiff, Is it worth moving out for first year?

I have had an offer to move into Glamorgan halls on the Treforest campus and although these were not my first choice they are halls. I'm trying to decide if moving into halls is worth it for me when I get on well with my parents and they go away a lot so I still get independence.

Is it worth me moving out when it will only take me 15 minutes to drive to the uni each day??

If you live that close and you're parents are quite often away then it's not worth it, it's always better to stay at home unless you get easily distracted at home :smile:
