change of name

    basically my birth certificate have the same surname e.g
    Last Name: taylor - william Brown

    However my qualification and GP/Hospital records my GCSE,A levels is put down as John Taylor William-Brown

    The only difference is on my national insurance Number is that theres hyphen in between the last name

    Last Name: Taylor- William- Brown

    what do I do as I already applied to student finance?Should i leave it or what?Idont know what to do please help
