A few years on from introducing gay marriage, has Britain imploded?

    - Have the skies rained down hellfire? No.

    - Have we seen the legalisation of polygamous and incestuous marriage? Is there any indication that this is in the pipeline? No.

    - Have religious people been subject to horrible oppression and have they been forced to marry gay couples? No, gay couples have got on with it and have married in non-religious venues quite contently.

    - Has heterosexual marriage been destroyed and weakened? Have divorce rates skyrocketed? No.

    Have the birth rates gone downhill - Yes
