Would leaving my apprenticeship early affect my certification?

Hello people,

I am currently doing a level 3 apprenticeship and I would need to leave a month early from my 12 month apprenticeship programme for personal reasons.
.
I believe I will complete all the requirements for my Comptia certification 4 months prior to my apprenticeship ending.

I am doing my Comptia certification and I was wondering if me leaving my job a month early would affect my certification?

If you have definitely completed the work, then I can't see an issue with you receiving the qualification. Have you informed your work place of your intention to leave early? Check your contract that you're not obliged to see out the 12 months in exchange for the training, some have clauses that if you leave within a certain time period they can collect some or all of the costs of training provided.
