What medical schools should I apply to?

For GCSE I got 1 A*, 4 A's and 5 B's and recently for AS i got 2 B's and 2 C's so my results aren't great and so I'm about to take the UKCAT soon. I just wanted to know if I still had any chance of applying to medical school and which schools are likely to accept me.

Unless your grade predictions is AAA, I wouldn't bother applying for medicine, because minimum entry requirements for any med school is AAA
