Applying for a job/working at Lush

Hey I've just applied online today for a Christmas temp job at my local Lush store and have been going there and using their products since I was eleven.

I just wondered that with Christmas temp jobs here, do they ever keep on any staff afterwards if they think they're good and need extra staff? I think if I got the job, I would really enjoy it and would be quite good as I'm not too shy; I'm willing to approach and help customers and I love and know a lot about the products through personal experience.

I also attached a cv to my form and have no work experience which I know they don't require, but with it being my first job I would hate to lose it after two months, if I get it that is. Also as I have no experience with customers and I know that Lush don't see it as essential, but are there any tips on working in retail that could help me in my interview or the job if I get it?
    Thank you.
