LETTER FROM GP!! Residency

Would a letter from the GP confirming that i have been registered with them from a certain date to a certain date be adequete proof of residency in the UK..
This is the only evidence i could possible supply

We're unable to accept manual letters from GPs as they can be too easily created and are difficult to verify.

Hello what if they are stamped and signed by a doctor as well. As well as having my nhs number so you can verify with the nhs

This is the only piece of evidence i can supply for a date you are requesting in 2006 unfortunately
