Special Consideration

I have a medical condition which 'manifested itself' during my exams and believe I am eligible for special consideration. A medical letter was sent to my head of year after she asked for it shortly after my exams but I don't think she sent it off and I've heard you were supposed to apply. She doesn't seem to think I'll need it but it would be nice to have some stability if all goes wrong. Can you apply on/after results day? Thanks.
(P.S. good luck with your results! I'm sure you all did well and I hope you get the grades you want!)

Your head is the best person to advise tbh. Talk to her and find out what's happening and what the process is.

Youve almost certainly missed the deadline for special consideraion. If you were going to make one it should have been several weeks ago and as soon after the exam as possible. Check with the person whether it was ever sent

Its not her decision of whether you will need it, its yours if you wish to have it considered. I believe you would be too late, but talk to your exam officer or the exam board or look on their website.

I had the same issue- twice. First a severe allergic reaction just an hour or so before the exam, then a week-long throat infection. I did try to send things off, but having seen the grade boundaries I honestly don't think it will have made much of a difference.
