I just got a letter from SFE saying they need information to process the income assessed element of my application. Does this mean my parents need to provide income evidence again? Also how do they link themselves to my account? I clicked support an application and entered my CR Number but it comes up with "No student found" or whatever, do they need to do it from their own account?

Parents need to provide financial information for each academic year that a student requires means tested support. In order to link themselves to your account they would access their online account , click support an application and enter your CRN however if you have not selected for them to support you online then they will have to fill out a pff2 that can be found on the following link:
