Hi, I have just finished my BTEC Subsidiary diploma in Engineering with a grade D*. I am going to be applying to a university around this December, and looking for advice on where to apply. Anything would be helpful! My current choices are : University of LiverpoolUniversity of LeedsUniversity of Central Lancashire.I am not doing any A-levels along with my BTEC. Thanks in advance!!~SenPanda

For mechatronics and robotics, Sheffield University have the best department in Europe but I think you need A level maths too unless you take the foundation year. My advice will be to go to a university where you are happy with the living environment and that's not going to be to difficult and too easy, have you visited any?
