I've been accepted onto a physiotherapy (pre reg) post grad course and was wondering if anyone has any advice on note taking and how to remember things easily. I was thinking of getting some big index cards and writing brief notes on conditions/pathologies on them. I tend to forget and get muddled easily. Also does anyone know of a good website that gives certain exercises do do for certain muscle groups? Someone mentioned one months ago but I can't remember the name of it which says loads for my memory lol.
