Which universities can I apply to with these GCSES if I get good Alevels?

As long as you don't apply to the GCSE heavy uni's like Oxford ect, then you should meet the min GCSE requirement for many uni's. Focus on your A-levels, work experience and UKCAT/BMAT which are generally far more important

Your GCSEs can be such a small part of your application. It really depends on your UKCAT, BMAT, personal statement, work experience, volunteer work and A level predicted grades. Once you get those, then we can make a valid statement.

There are many other factors, I would avoid GCSE heavy medical schools though such as Oxford, Cardiff, Nottingham, QUB... (they have a GCSE point system) but if you get good A-levels, ace the UKCAT/BMAT it should be completely fine, good luck
